Evolution Grow

The 16,800 sq.ft. addition for Evolution Holdings consisted of 6 flower rooms, 1 mother room, 2 dry rooms, trim/packaging, irrigation, multiple offices, breakroom and locker rooms for employees.  Because the building is non-sprinkled, a 1-hour fire barrier and sheer wall were installed within the shell of the building.   In addition, other than the office area, all walls and ceilings throughout the facility have a PVC liner panel installed specifically designed for the chemical-resistant, hygienic, and durable environment required by cultivation facilities.  The operations team had an air curtain installed to ensure that the cannabis is protected by any outside chemicals or contaminants.  Another important feature is that the grow rooms are controlled by a building management system to monitor and set controls to the necessary temperatures for the ideal climate scenario for the cannabis.
