Grand Rapids, MIThe Kent County Health Department teamed up with CD Barnes to renovate and revitalize their Grand Rapids facility. The project required that the building remain open for use during renovations to allow for in-demand, needed care.
Approximately 90% of the first and second floors were gutted and reprogrammed to add more fluid access for visitors. General face lifts and upgrades were completed, finishes throughout the building were updated, common areas and restrooms were upgraded and a community room was added.
