JARS-Wayland
Location
Wayland, MIPreviously this 3,000 sf storefront was home to a restaurant serving the downtown historical district of Wayland. CD Barnes was contracted to update the exterior façade, create a retail space, office, and vault for a national cannabis brand.
The JARS retail location required additional HVAC and electrical work due to their business requirements, we also provided a new LVT floor system, custom retail cabinetry, storage vault and breakroom for employees. Due to the historical nature of the location in the historical district, we were able to save the original tin ceiling which adds to the quaint aesthetic.
