Grand Rapids, MIPreviously this 15,500 sf property was home to an auto service garage and oil change service station. After years of standing empty, CD Barnes was contracted to update the exterior façade, roof, storefronts, landscaping and parking lot. Additionally, we “gray boxed” 13,000 sf for future tenant space and completed a suite for Cloud Cannabis.
The Cloud Cannabis 2,500 square foot retail location required additional HVAC and electrical work due to their business requirements, we also provided a polished concrete floor, custom retail cabinetry, storage vault and breakroom for employees.
