Grand Rapids, Michigan, October 25, 2013 — Todd Oosting, Executive Vice President of CD Barnes Construction announced today that the company was selected by Elite Baseball and Softball to build their new 47,700 square foot training center at 5920 Clyde Park Avenue in Wyoming, Michigan.

Construction of the new facility is scheduled to begin in November of this year, with completion in the spring. The training facility will be a single story, pre-engineered metal building with split face masonry along the front of the building. The interior will have 38 foot, clear span height to accommodate the batting cages and practice area. Other features will include a concession area, pro shop and staff offices.
