Grand Rapids, MIFedEx Ground needed a larger distribution center in their Grand Rapids location. Acting as the owner’s representative, Terra Firma Development hired CD Barnes to renovate a previously built warehouse space to expand the current FedEx facility. Because of the need to be operational prior to Christmas—the busiest package shipping season of the year—CD Barnes completed this project in less than 40 days—breaking ground in October and delivering the completed project prior to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
