Grand Rapids, Michigan, November 14, 2022 – Construction Manager, CD Barnes Construction is excited to announce their latest project for a multi-family management firm, Peak Management, who owns and operates the Ramblewood Apartment Community in Grand Rapids. The project, which includes demolition of the existing leasing office and community building, will make way for a new 10,600 square foot community clubhouse, scheduled to be completed next summer.
