SarahCare Adult Day Care Center

Grand Rapids, MISarahCare chose CD Barnes as their Construction Management partner for their new location at 2211 East Beltline in the Northridge Center. Having built the shell of the retail center, CD Barnes knew the location well. The project consisted of an 8,378 square foot build-out.
SarahCare is a drop-in center for seniors. To accommodate their offered services, the SarahCare space includes a welcome desk at the entrance, an activity room, living room, dining room, kitchen and food service area, exercise room and beauty salon. Offices and a conference room were also added for caregiver support groups which are free and offered to the community. Construction of the tenant space took nine weeks to complete.
