Orangetheory Fitness Holland

Holland, MICD Barnes Construction was awarded their second Orangetheory Fitness project after completing their first project to the franchisee’s satisfaction. Located in front of the Shops at Westshore in Holland, the boutique-style club is centered around intense heart rate driven workouts. Members of the fitness center utilize a combination of free weights, balance trainers, resistance bands, treadmills, circuit floor stations and water rowers. One of the unique aspects of the build-out was the need for soundproofing of the demising walls. This required up to five layers of drywall and sound attenuation.
