Grand Rapids, MIIn an effort to accommodate the company’s successful growth Notions Marketing purchased an old furniture manufacturing building with the intent to renovate the space to house additional offices. Throughout the years of manufacturing the building’s wood framing began to sag due to the weight of heavy equipment. As one of the goals of the project was to preserve the historical warehouse feeling, all of the exposed wood columns, decking and flooring remained intact. The rustic accents blend artistically with the floating cloud ceiling and unique light fixtures.
