Goodrich W. Columbia 7

Location

Battle Creek, MI

As the longest running location in the Goodrich Quality Theater’s family of theaters, the West Columbia 7 theater in Battle Creek received a long overdue renovation in the summer of 2017. Throughout the duration of the project the theater remained open with the exception of one week while the restrooms were being remodeled. The primary goal of the renovation was the installation of powered recliners in all the studios. In addition to the recliner seating, the theater also received updates to the exterior façade, upgraded 7.1 sound systems and an expanded lobby that includes a self-serve ticket kiosk. A drink refill station and a larger concession stand that accommodates new menu items such as mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, pizza and hot dogs were also added. Accompanying the improved concession stand is Goodrich’s Screen Taps bar for guests twenty-one and up to enjoy beer or wine during a movie.
