Holland, MIIn the summer of 2015, the Westshore Mall began the process of “de-malling” and rebranding in an effort to attract new tenants and ultimately bring the outdated mall back to life. In order for the mall’s existing retailers to remain open during construction, the project was phased strategically; relocating stores to temporary suites while their new spaces were being completed.
Following the completion of their build-out, GNC was the first existing tenant to open in the newly renovated portion of the mall. While their space is filled with the health and nutritional products that they’ve become well known for, the suite also features private restrooms, an employee break room and a storage area.
