Freedom Village
Location
Holland, MIFreedom Village is one of the premier providers of continuing care for seniors in West Michigan and they chose CD Barnes as their Construction Manager for a six-million-dollar multi phase project in Holland.
The Freedom Village project consisted of three phases. Phase one entailed renovating thirteen apartment units in an existing building. After completing those units, residents were relocated to free-up the area for phase two of construction—the renovation of the second floor into assisted living units. The last phase included the remodel of the health care facility for those in need of an advanced level of care.
