Evergreen Elementary

CD Barnes Construction was hired by Grand Rapids Christian in conjunction with Secure Education Consultants (SEC) to revamp their front entry system at Evergreen Elementary. Increased child and staff safety was the number one goal, while keeping a very welcoming entry for visitors. The upgrades included a new storefront main entry with ballistic security film leading into a secured foyer, a new entry and exit in the main office with restricted entry, along with entry doors into the gymnasium and the renovation of some select classroom entry doors.
