Grand Rapids, MIIn an effort to move closer to their clients Etherton Kosutic, a manufacturer’s rep, purchased a building on Scribner Avenue and enlisted the help of CD Barnes Construction to remodel the space. Due to the building’s varying floor levels, special attention was given to the layout design in order to meet ADA requirements. Following interior demolition and reconstruction, the building features several conference rooms, a few private offices, an open work area with cubicles, a showroom, an employee break area, restrooms and a sizable storage space. The approximately 5,000 square foot office renovation was completed in less than 90 days.
