Holland, MIIn 2015 CD Barnes was hired by the Westshore Mall to complete major renovations to the outdated shopping facility. Included in the redevelopment was the new construction of several outbuildings along US-31. One of the outbuilding’s first tenants to sign a lease was Charles Schwab. The build-out entailed metal studs, drywall, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and security systems, ceramic tile, carpet and doors and hardware. The client’s interior finish selections give the office a fresh modern appearance.
