Lansing, MILansing’s IMAX theater was the second IMAX constructed by CD Barnes Construction, and this was the first MPX theater in the entire world. The latest produced in large-format theater design, this 330-seat auditorium is equipped with an enormous 44 foot by 70 foot silver-coated MPX screen.
President of CD Barnes, John Drozer stated, “We have thoroughly enjoyed this project. Building the first IMAX theater was a thrill, and to be asked back for a second has been an honor.” CD Barnes Construction was proud to add this to their growing list of accomplishments.
