Apple Spice is a boxed lunch and catering company that has become known for their fresh salads, sandwiches, soups and more. The company’s new storefront is in the Orchard Plaza located at 68th Street SW in Byron Center. Husband and wife owners, Mike & Nancy Jacobs, chose the 68th Street location because of the great freeway access that allows them to deliver within a thirty-minute radius, which includes all of the Greater Grand Rapids area, from Zeeland to Ada, and Comstock Park to Byron Center. Apple Spice bakes three types of breads fresh from scratch daily: honey wheat, sourdough, and 13-grain, without preservatives. The company takes pride in offering delicious and filling boxed lunches, salads, and full catered meals, made from the freshest ingredients and delivered for free. Apple Spice focuses on making sure all their orders are delicious, correct, and delivered on time – every time.
