Grand Rapids, Michigan, January 20, 2016 – Executive Vice President of CD Barnes Construction, Todd G. Oosting announced today the hiring of Thomas Berry for the position of Program Project Manager.

Serving in the Marine Corps from 1999 to 2003 has given Mr. Berry a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task via a precise organizational system. His ten years of construction experience gives him a strong understanding of the industry. Moreover, Tom’s communication skills allow him to keep clients and project teams constantly updated on a job’s progress.

Mr. Berry is responsible for managing all areas of a project; including identifying time, cost, and quality constraints. Moreover, Tom manages the schedule, budget, pay requests, and requests for information to ensure all work meets our quality standards. Mr. Berry reports back to our owners in order to keep the lines of communication open. Problem solving, forecasting issues, and creating and distributing reports are all areas in which Tom exceeds expectations.
