Grand Rapids, Michigan, April 28, 2017 – Holland based J R Bouwkamp & Associates has been named CD Barnes Construction’s 2017 second quarter recipient of the general contractor’s Key to Our Success Award. The local drywall contractor is being acknowledged for their exceptional performance on several jobs on The Shops at Westshore project in Holland. Nomination of J R Bouwkamp for the award was decided by one of CD Barnes’ project managers Chris Westover, who is currently managing several build-outs at the recently renovated mall property.

The award is just one way in which CD Barnes is showing their gratitude towards the contractors that go the extra mile on various construction projects. Remarking on the reasons for choosing J R Bouwkamp to receive the accolade, Mr. Westover cited the contractor’s diligence in making sure material deliveries are always on time; ultimately aiding to keep the project on schedule. Moreover, he noted Bouwkamp’s history of avoiding unexpected cost overruns, keeping the project within budget. Lastly, Chris expressed his appreciation of the professionalism displayed by all of J R Bouwkamp’s employees.
