Grand Rapids, Michigan, May 25, 2022 – CD Barnes Construction has started demolition of the former Keegstra’s Dollar Store at 3499 Kelly Street in Hudsonville, Michigan. The 11,200 square foot building is being remodeled to house three unique tenants once complete. Renovations include a complete exterior update which includes new windows, an outdoor patio, and a new entrance facing Harvey Street. The tenants include a specialty toy store, Velocity Nutrition, and a high-end medical space. The project is slated to be complete in late August with businesses starting to open in September. Construction services are being provided by CD Barnes Construction and MEM Designs is the Architect on the project.
