Grand Rapids, MIIn the spring of 2014, CD Barnes began construction on a new 24,840 square foot retail center at the Breton Village Mall. Following completion of the shopping center, Lululemon Athletica was one of the first tenants to lease a portion of the space. The retailer chose CD Barnes as their Construction Manager to complete their tenant build-out. Store attributes were comprised of a 2,230 square foot sales floor, seven dressing rooms, stock room, office, restrooms and an employee break room with kitchenette. Unique to the property is an outdoor yoga garden where the store holds various yoga classes for their customers.
