Westmont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Westmont, ILIn the summer of 2014, CD Barnes was awarded a multiphase Construction Management project for Westmont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The roughly six-million-dollar project consisted of both renovations and additions to the existing facility. New construction included a two-story addition. The first floor combined administrative offices, a patient dining room, a library/activity room, handicap accessible restrooms and an extensive therapy unit with an indoor therapy pool. The second floor features a large activity space for the second floor residents. Throughout the project our team worked closely with the owner to ensure the safety, security and uninterrupted quality of life for residents, staff and visitors.
