Greenville, MIDr. Malley’s dental practice includes six exam rooms, private offices, an employee break room, laboratory, storage facility and a waiting room. In addition to the doctor’s office the building also includes 3,000 square feet of space which is available for a future tenant to lease. This project is just one example of CD Barnes’ buy-back program, allowing a business owner to design and own their own space tailored to their needs without the high interest of a bank loan.
