Heron Courtyard

Grand Rapids, MIThe CD Barnes team worked to design and build exceptional housing for low-income, disabled residents in Kent County. The Heron Courtyard Community consists of eleven buildings—each with three individual living units. Each unit has one-to-three bedrooms, a private entryway, kitchen, dinette, living room, patio, laundry room, bathroom and is complete with walk-in closets. Tenants have full access to on-site storage facilities in addition to a community building for general use and special occasions.
