GLC Retail Centers

Grand Rapids, MICD Barnes Construction was hired by Great Lakes Capital, a developer out of South Bend, Indiana to update a few of their high-traffic retail centers along 28th Street in the Grand Rapids area. With the goal of attracting additional tenants, three of Great Lakes Capital’s retail centers received exterior façade updates. The three properties included the Ridgemoor Center, located near Woodland Mall in Kentwood, Oakestown Mall, between Ivanrest and Byron Center in Grandville and the Cascade Center at 6266 28th Street Southeast. The updates were scheduled and completed in a strategic manner as to limit interruption to the businesses that remained opened during construction.
