Flexfab

Hastings, MIHeadquartered in Hastings, Michigan, Flexfab is the global leader in the manufacturing of high performance silicone and polymer products. After acquiring a piece of property near their main plant, Flexfab’s goal was to redesign the building into an office for their training, IT, and finance departments. Having built the original building in 2008 as a childcare center, CD Barnes was familiar with the facility and were chosen to complete the renovation.
After gutting the interior of the former childcare center, reconstruction of the space began. In addition to new walls, doors, counter tops, paint and flooring, the plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems were also updated. Accented with a fresh contemporary design, the remodeled office features open work spaces, training and conference rooms, restrooms, storage closets, a kitchen and a break area.
