Grand Rapids, MIThis project presented a challenge in that all plant operations, including moving heavy loads of steel, had to continue uninterrupted during construction. In an effort to accommodate these needs, we enclosed a 35-foot tall rail-mounted Gantry crane so we could complete a new 67,000 square foot CECO pre-engineered, metal building and a single story, attached, masonry office building. Asphalt paving, the creation of a retention pond, new landscaping and the installation of extensive drain piping were also part of the construction process.
