Holland, MIPart of the multi-million dollar redevelopment of the Westshore Mall, was the renovation of a former Sears anchor store into a Burlington Coat Factory. Following extensive demolition, the store’s electrical and mechanical systems were updated, which included the installation of a new building management system. Looking beyond the department store’s vastly open luxury vinyl and porcelain tiled sales floor, it also features numerous fitting rooms, restrooms, check-out counters, an employee break room, offices, a stockroom/receiving area and a grand vestibule.
