Grand Rapids, Michigan, January 7, 2014 — CD Barnes Construction Executive Vice President Todd Oosting announced today that the company has been chosen by Wimsatt Building Materials to build their new location at 1456 – 28th Street SW, near the corner of Burlingame and 28th Street.
“CD Barnes Construction is honored to have been selected by the owners of Wimsatt Building Materials to construct their Wyoming location,” acknowledged Todd Oosting. He went on to say, “Wimsatt is a new client for our company and we are excited to provide them with a quality building in which to grow their company.”
The project consists of three parts; first, renovations to the existing 31,377 square foot building. The remodeled facility will include a show room, offices, a conference room and warehouse storage. Secondly, we will construct a new 24,000 square foot warehouse across the parking lot for cold storage. To complete the project we will make significant improvements to the site; including new paving, landscaping, fencing and gates.
